A dedicated team of professionals from around New Zealand coming together to help everyday Kiwi's buy their first home with ease.
Kiwi HomeStart was founded by Rick Stapleton with the sole purpose to provide an easy pathway for young Kiwis into their first home.
The idea of getting into your first home can seem very daunting. Saving $50,000 for a deposit (for most people) is near impossible and then trying to understand all the building contract lingo and finance jargon is enough for most to just give up and keep renting.
Our job is to make it as easy as possible by carefully explaining the details and process of how to buy your first home. To do this effectively we needed to build a network of professionals across the country that can provide this personalised service.
This network covers passionate local agents, mortgage brokers, developers, land agents, builders, and solicitors who truly understand what it takes to buy your first home.
Our vision is to provide an opportunity for everyday Kiwis to stop renting, take advantage of government incentives, and own their very first home to provide a more secure future for them and their families.
